Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how WhitelistEmails.com, operated by TIPS Marketing Services Corp ("we," "us," or "our"), a company based in New Jersey, USA, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our email-whitelisting service and its one-click automation features (the "Service").
1. What the Service does
WhitelistEmails.com helps a recipient add a sender to their email "safe senders" so the sender's messages reliably reach the inbox instead of the spam/junk folder. You can do this manually by following provider-specific steps, or — with your explicit permission — through a one-click automation that performs the safe-sender action for you in Gmail or Microsoft Outlook/Microsoft 365.
2. Information we collect
- Whitelisting details: the sender domain or email address you choose to add, and a record that a whitelisting was completed (used to confirm completion and, where applicable, to issue a reward).
- Account email for rewards: if you claim a gift/credit, the email address associated with your SavingsSites account so the credit can be applied.
- One-click authorization data: when you choose the automatic option, you sign in to your own Google or Microsoft account and grant a limited permission (described in Sections 3 and 4). We receive a short-lived access token to perform the single requested action.
- Basic technical data: standard request information (such as IP address and timestamps) handled by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
3. Google user data — limited, specific use
If you choose one-click whitelisting for a Gmail account, we request the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.settings.basic permission for the sole purpose of creating a single Gmail filter that prevents the chosen sender's mail from being sent to Spam (a "never send to Spam" filter), at your explicit request.
- We do not read, collect, store, or transfer the content of your emails.
- We do not access your messages, attachments, labels, or contacts.
- We use the permission only to create the safe-sender filter you asked for, then we are done.
WhitelistEmails.com's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can review or remove the filter at any time in Gmail under Settings → Filters and Blocked Addresses, and you can revoke our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
4. Microsoft user data — limited, specific use
If you choose one-click whitelisting for a Microsoft Outlook/Microsoft 365 account, we request the Contacts.ReadWrite permission for the sole purpose of adding the chosen sender as a contact, which Outlook and Microsoft 365 treat as a trusted/safe sender. We do not read your mail. You can remove the contact at any time in Outlook, and revoke access at myaccount.microsoft.com.
5. How we use information
- To perform the whitelisting action you request.
- To confirm completion and, where offered, to issue a one-time reward/credit.
- To prevent abuse, fraud, and duplicate reward claims.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use Google or Microsoft user data for advertising.
6. Sharing
We share information only as needed to provide the Service: with Google or Microsoft to perform the action you authorized; with our hosting/infrastructure providers; and with SavingsSites to apply any reward credit you claim. We may disclose information if required by law.
7. Data retention
We retain whitelisting-completion and reward records only as long as necessary to provide the Service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Access tokens are short-lived and are not stored long-term.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
9. Your choices
You can remove a created filter or contact at any time within Gmail or Outlook, revoke our access through your Google or Microsoft account settings, and contact us to request deletion of records we hold about you.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
